A message from the Exclave

Greetings!

I just wanted to contact you guys, didn't know if this was the best place to do it, but still, about a potential arrangement we could perhaps set up in the near future.

I'm from a group called "The Exclave", though our official name (though not the one we use in our group tag) is the "Exclave Republic of Independent Suburbs" (ERIS). Basically, we're trying to set up a group to help keep infrastructure and services up here in Wykewood, as well as provide the people a free, democratic "government" to instill a sense of unity among the suburb. At the present moment, we're setting up shop in the Paris Motel.

What we have come here to ask is if you would do us the honor of letting us serve as your protectors. You wouldn't lose anything you already have, all we ask is for the right to help keep your staff and building safe and working. This would mean we'd help keep the cades up, deal with people who kill your members and help gather equipment like generators and fuel for them as needed.

Please get back to me as soon as possible on this.

Your best bet is probably an in-game approach at Josephine's General Hospital. Metagaming seems to have dropped off at the Generals; not much need for it when everybody's in one place, I guess.
