A Proposal from Tikhon Medical

Hi there Josephine's Generals!

I'm here as a representative of Tikhon Medical, your friendly cheesy poof, healing, and humor supplier! You may know me as Chelsea Dagger or Eli Parkson. Basically, some random discussion on our Tikhon Medical forum inspired our mascot, Target Zombie, to come up with an idea that we all like, and we'd like to bring to your attention. We are wondering if you are interested in joining us in creating what I call the South West Alliance. It would be an alliance of groups that operate in the 3x3 South West suburb region of Malton:
Nixbank | Wykewood | South Blythville
-------------------------------------------------------
Foulkes Village | Ruddlebank | Lockettside
-------------------------------------------------------
New Arkham | Old Arkham | Spicer Hills

(although we would be willing to include groups that operate in adjacent regions too, this would be the primary area)

There already are a fair number of mutual alliances between our various groups, for example, the 3 way alliance between CAPD, The Legion of the Octopope, and Tikhon Medical.

All that this group would entail would be some sort of combined forum and IRC chat to help coordinate defense of the South West area.
